Our 30-Day Return Window<\/strong> You\u2019ve got a full 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back \u2014 no questions asked (well\u2026 almost). Just return it in pristine, unused condition with all the original packaging and tags intact. No coffee rings, no dishwasher adventures, no \u201cI tried it once\u201d vibes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Important Sassy Exception<\/strong> Sorry, sasspots \u2014 all personalized and custom items cannot be returned or refunded. These beauties are made-to-order just for you (Tank our mischievous little mascot personally oversees the magic!), so once they\u2019re created with your special details, they\u2019re yours forever. How to Make a Return Happen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. We\u2019ll send you return instructions and the correct local shipping address (Canada for our Canadian friends, US for our American pals \u2014 always local!).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Ship it back at your expense (we keep things fair).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Once we receive it and give it the quick once-over, we\u2019ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5\u201310 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
