Our 30-Day Return Window You’ve got a full 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back — no questions asked (well… almost). Just return it in pristine, unused condition with all the original packaging and tags intact. No coffee rings, no dishwasher adventures, no “I tried it once” vibes.
The Important Sassy Exception Sorry, sasspots — all personalized and custom items cannot be returned or refunded. These beauties are made-to-order just for you (Tank our mischievous little mascot personally oversees the magic!), so once they’re created with your special details, they’re yours forever. No take-backs on that level of custom sass!
How to Make a Return Happen
- Email our happiness squad at littlesassymug@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the correct local shipping address (Canada for our Canadian friends, US for our American pals — always local!).
- Ship it back at your expense (we keep things fair).
- Once we receive it and give it the quick once-over, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds & Other Details
- You’ll get the full item price back (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
- No straight exchanges right now, but return for refund and re-order something new — easy peasy!
- If your mug arrives damaged or defective, snap some photos and contact us right away. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no 30-day wait needed!
